Professor is a decent looking man who talks politely but in real he’s enjoying making fun of the foolish and naive people.
Min cheol on the other hand looks like a thug and is rude to everyone and everyone just hates him but he’s the one who doesn’t have ulterior motives and actually wants to save his village from the professor but none listens him. Their fault, Min cheol should give up and leave but he’s not that kind of a bad person. I don’t hate him, yes, he’s aggressive and all and will probably curse you if you just looked at him but that’s just his personality after being betrayed by his judo mates.
Does it look like I’m making excuses and defending him? Yes, that’s what I’m doing. Its much better than being brainwashed or deliberately siding with a con artist for whatever reason.
I’m unable to apprehend the villagers. They all hate Min cheol I get that but when he shows them a poster, of wanted criminals, on which is the professor’s hilarious picture none acknowledges it even though they know its him. What dafuq?? Excuse me?? They absolutely shouldn’t come back crying when he takes their money which is basically his motive.
Professor knows the villagers need a place to move and has a perfect plan. He’s planning on making a religious community where only the chosen one can enter, which just means you need to give the compensation money that you got and give it to the professor.
Lets see what decision Chul woo, the young pastor makes. Will he go against his morals and enjoy the respect people give him for the spiritual powers he clearly doesn’t have and enjoy the liberties that he’ll get from the professor or will he act the right way and get the professor arrested and come clean to the villagers about his so called powers?
